We aim to deliver on the day you request but where this is not possible we will email you to arrange a new date. Not all universities receive deliveries at weekends. Most Halls of Residence will not accept boxes in your absence – you should arrange to be there. Please DO NOT request a delivery date which is earlier than the date you expect to arrive at the Halls.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will try to meet a.m. or p.m. requests where delivery is made by our own driver, but where we use a courier delivery may be any time between 9am and 5pm. We cannot deliver after 5pm or on Sundays.

Our delivery days are Monday to Friday. You will need to pay the extra £30 before the delivery can be arranged.

If we collected your boxes from a local (Partner) university and you paid a discounted price then this price only applies to students returning to the same university. If you are moving to a new city you will need to pay the discount back.
