We are open all year round and can collect your boxes now for long term storage.
Our price of £50 per box and £70 per large suitcase is fully inclusive and includes:

We offer a special discount for our partner schools. Our price for PARTNER SCHOOLS is £45 per box and £63 per suitcase. Please ask if yours is a partner school.
How It Works
Book in 3 Simple Steps.
You complete and email us the REQUEST FORM giving us details of when and where you need the boxes, please give us as much notice as posible. We will deliver boxes and tape to your school house. You do not need to be there but please let your housemaster/ mistress know. We will leave an extra couple of boxes just in case, if you do not use these you will not be charged, we will collect any empty boxes with your full ones.
If your school is a partner school then the school will hold a stock of empty boxes, you do not need to order boxes, please use the boxes held by the school. If there is a problem with this then please email [email protected]
When you are ready to go after your exams, send us the COLLECTION FORM and we will arrange a collection direct from your school house. Payment needs to be made when we collect the boxes, either by cash to the driver or direct to our bank account. The boxes are taken to Worcester and stored in our secure warehouse over the summer holidays.
In August you will receive your exam results and be able to arrange accommodation at your choosen university. Once this is all confirmed you need to contact us with your your details on the DELIVERY REQUEST form. Please note we will aim to deliver on your requested day but this is not guaranteed. What if I do not return to the UK? Whether due to visa problems, exam disappointments or simply a change of mind.
We can send your boxes to most countries in the world at a very competitive price.
What if I take a gap year before starting at a UK university?
We are happy to store your boxes until you start university the following year. There is a small charge for the additional storage costs.
We welcome enquiries from schools should it be for collection for 1 pupil, a whole house or the complete school.

- Our boxes are 60 x 40 x 38cms that’s 40% bigger than most other companies.
- We do not only store boxes and suitcases we also store school-trunks monitors/tvs musical instruments (in a hard case) etc. Please email us for a price.
